For one hour only, London’s Gruesome Stories Online will bring the darkened streets of London to your doorstep for a peek into the chilling history of one of the world’s greatest cities…
Starting at the world-famous London Bridge, we will intrepidly cross the River Thames and explore the grisly secrets of London’s North Bank, “stopping off” at key sites such as the Tower of London and the East End. Along the way, we’ll unearth stories of plague, execution, torture, and brutal crimes committed by London’s most notorious criminals, which we’ll bring to life with photos.
Don’t expect a run-of-the-mill Jack the Ripper experience. Though you’ll certainly hear about the sadistic character that shook Victorian-era London, we’ll introduce you to several Londoners whose twisted crimes will leave you shaken.
Throw yourself into the grim and the gory by guessing the end to stories, testing your trivia knowledge, and chatting with other guests. Dominic and Sophie LOVE talking about London’s Gruesome History, so make sure to ask them questions and share your own interesting tidbits!
